Named after Chef Erasmo "Ras" Casiano's mother, Santa Lucina, and led by owners Casiano and Alexander Moon. Lucina pairs bold, ingredient-driven dishes with a contemporary wine list, a creative cocktail program, and a lively happy hour. Friday and Saturday nights feature paella of the moment. Meet the Team
Erasmo (Ras) Casiano
Named after his mother, Santa Lucina, this restaurant is a tribute to the open-door policy of Ras's childhood home. Through his Mexican upbringing, Ras brings the comfort of tamales, sopes, and fideo to Park Hill. His extensive global travels and culinary education continue to refine a style that prioritizes spice and neighborhood connection.
Alexander Moon
Co-Owner and Director of Operations across Lucina, Xiquita, and Create Kitchen & Bar. A Colorado native from Steamboat Springs, Alexander is an avid skier, musician, and wine lover whose background in fine dining informs his approach to hospitality. Above all, he prides himself on curating the vibe. Working alongside the leadership team, he creates welcoming spaces, meaningful connections, and memorable experiences day after day.
Isabella Soto, Henry Ottrix, and Service Team
Great hospitality starts with the people who bring it to life. Sacramento native Isabella Soto, our General Manager and Events Coordinator, and Cleveland native Henry Ottrix, our Beverage Director and the creative force behind our craft cocktail program, lead the service teams across Lucina, Xiquita, and Create Kitchen & Bar. Together, they set the tone for thoughtful service, memorable celebrations, and a team whose personality shines.
